The Godavari International Courier provides international courier and cargo services. As we do not sell physical products, returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Returns
Once a shipment has been accepted and dispatched for international transit, returns are not applicable.
If a customer requests the return of a shipment after dispatch, it may be considered only:
- On a best-effort basis
- Subject to operational feasibility
- In accordance with international transport and customs regulations
- With applicable return shipping and handling charges
Return requests may also be subject to customs clearance requirements and additional fees.
2. Cancellations
Shipment cancellations are permitted only before dispatch.
Once the parcel has been processed or handed over for transit (air cargo/shipping partner), cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customers must contact our support team immediately with valid booking details to request cancellation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Booking is cancelled before dispatch
- Service cannot be provided due to operational reasons directly attributable to The Godavari International Courier
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, airline schedules, strikes, or force majeure events
- Incorrect shipment details provided by the customer
- Improper packaging done by the customer
- Shipment confiscation due to prohibited or restricted items
- Delays or delivery issues beyond company control
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted through our customer support team with:
- Booking reference details
- Payment proof
- Reason for refund request
Once approved, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame based on internal procedures and original payment method.
Any applicable service, administrative, or processing charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Final Decision
All decisions regarding cancellations and refunds made by The Godavari International Courier shall be final and binding.
